High school diploma minimum, bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field, with a proven track record of outside sales.  Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.  Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and other relevant sales tools.  Above average organizational and problem solving skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.  Willing to travel to meet with potential and existing clients.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through face-to-face interaction.

High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service beneficial, excellent verbal communications skills, with a clear and friendly phone manner.  Strong ability to persuade potential customers and negotiation skills.  Proficiency using computer systems, including CRM software and Office applications.  Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

You must manage call lists, schedules, and follow-ups.  The ability to adapt to different customer personalities and responses while wearing a smile is helpful.

high school diploma, bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field, prior experience in sales support, customer service or administrative roles beneficial.  Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management attributes to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.  Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite 11, and other relevant sales tools.  Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail managing customer information and sales data.  Must be able to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.

Previous experience in a woodworking environment, shaping, cutting, detailing and fastening wood together.  Vocational training, apprenticeship and ticketed individuals with proven experience as a carpenter or helper.  Understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction, with proficiency in using electrical, cordless, and manual equipment and measurement tools.  Ability to handle physical workload, heavy lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.  Precision in cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to specific measurements.  Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and plans.  Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to adhere to safety policies and regulations.  Good communication skills to work with clients, supervisors and team members.

High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or apprenticeship in cabinetry or woodworking is beneficial. Proven experience as a cabinet maker or related carpentry role, with good proficiency in woodworking techniques, tool use, materials and their identification. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. High precision to measure, cut and assemble wooden parts, with ability to design and customize wood based items for client needs and preferences. Must have ability to handle physical tasks, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing, and trouble-shoot and resolve issues during the fabrication and installation processes. Adheres to safety practices and corporate safety policies in the workshop, plant and on the work site.

High school diploma, equivalent; vocational training in construction or related is preferred, previous experience in window and door installation or related carpentry work; proficiency with tools and equipment used for window and door installations required, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings advantageous.  Capable to lift heavy materials and perform physical movements and tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.  Precision measuring, cutting, and fitting components to ensure secure and proper installations.  Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, and being committed to the maintenance of a safe work environment essential.  Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to adhere to safety practices in the workshop, plant or onsite.
